We are originally from the United States, but my husband and I have been living in Europe for the past few years due to work. When we realised that we were unlikely to get pregnant without help, we began to look for a first-class fertility treatment clinic. We compared many clinics all over Europe and finally decided on Prague Fertility Centre. We chose them for their comprehensive services and excellent reputation for great patient care. Our biggest fear was if we would be able to find a clinic that was accessible, friendly, where English was spoken and of course which had a high success rate!
When we contacted PFC, we were very pleased with their promptness and helpfulness in their communication. Their doctors, staff and coordinators are very quick to respond, friendly and thorough in their responses, which gave us a sense of peace of mind during the IVF planning process.
We were guided through our treatment by two lovely coordinators, Mara and Beatriz, who both readily answered our frequent questions and were always so kind and reassuring. Our treatment was led by the wonderful Dr. Novotná, who was always so kind and explained things clearly so we knew what to expect at each step of the treatment plan.
They were all extremely helpful in coordinating the right timings, so that we could coordinate our trips from abroad to the clinic and back. Mara and Beatriz helped us with every step of the planning process and provided us with all information we needed. Thanks to their assistance we always arrived at the clinic as prepared as possible as we only went to Prague twice during our one fresh embryo transfer cycle. I must add that PFC also helped us prepare for any potential COVID-19 issues affecting our travel arrangements we needed to know about, making it easier for us to travel.

Upon our arrival in Prague, the PFC team was always prepared and accommodating to our travel restrictions on both occasions. Both on the day of egg retrieval and the day of embryo transfer, they always took the time to listen and discuss our questions and concerns. This alertness to our needs and concerns really helped us a lot. Most importantly, we really received the best medical care possible. All of this, led by such friendly and supportive staff, meant it ended up being a very pleasant experience.
