Sustainability and environmental protection are important issues that affect us all, including our patients and those interested in our IVF clinic services. While as a healthcare facility we do not have a significant impact on our carbon footprint, we recognize the importance of caring for the environment in the cities where we live and work. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we strive to integrate environmentally friendly practices into our operations, promoting a healthier and more sustainable environment for our patients and their families. In this article, we look at our sustainability efforts and how each of us can contribute to a better future.
🍃 Sustainability as a key value in modern business
Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important topic in today’s world, affecting not only our lives but also the way we do business. At Prague Fertility Centre, we recognise that sustainable practices are fundamental to securing the future of not only our industry, but also entire communities and the planet. Our commitment to integrating sustainability into all aspects of our business is aligned with CSG’s broader vision of creating a sustainable future for all.
🍃 Integrating sustainability
Our company is actively involved in various initiatives that promote sustainability. Although Prague Fertility Centre does not publish a separate sustainability report, we are fully integrated into the CSG reporting framework. Our sustainability efforts and progress are included in the CSG Sustainability Report, which details our environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.
Starting in the 2024 reporting period, we will further enhance our reporting, with sustainability information included in the CSG “Integrated Report”. This report combines financial and non-financial sustainability data and will be in line with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). CSG Sustainability Report 2023 — Read CSG’s latest sustainability report, which describes how we are meeting our sustainability strategy and regulatory requirements in the ESG area.

CSG’s sustainability strategy focuses on long-term environmental stewardship, responsible stewardship of resources and a commitment to positive social impact. Our objectives are closely linked to the Group’s overall sustainability vision. We believe that by focusing on sustainability, we not only enhance the quality of life of our employees, but also contribute to a better environment for all. CSG’s Sustainability Strategy summarises the steps we are taking to mitigate our environmental impacts, but also to improve the quality of life of the Group’s employees and the wider community with which we work.
🍃 Responsible management and social responsibility
Our corporate governance ensures that all decision-making processes are conducted with integrity, accountability and transparency. We maintain strong oversight of our sustainability objectives and ensure that our actions are consistent with our values and CSG’s commitment to responsible business conduct.
In addition, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive and supportive work environment. Our employees are our most valuable asset and we invest in their health and development.
🍃 Our environmental responsibility
We understand the importance of conserving natural resources for future generations and our approach to environmental stewardship reflects our commitment to a responsible future. We regularly organise clean-up events with our colleagues around the clinic premises, where most employees commute by public transport. Within the centre, we try to save water, regulate heating sensibly and, of course, sort several types of waste. Our sustainability efforts are not only an obligation, but also an opportunity to contribute to a better world.
